What we collect
When you order, request a quote, make an offer or contact us, we collect what the form asks for: your name, company, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, delivery details and any message you write. When you place an order we also record the version of the Terms of Sale you accepted, the time, and a hashed form of your IP address, and we store any tax exemption certificate or end-user statement you upload.
How we use it
To confirm, invoice, ship and support your purchase; to answer your inquiry or offer; to screen orders against fraud and United States export rules; to meet our tax and record-keeping obligations; and, only when you opt in, to send stock alerts or our newsletter, which you can stop with the link in any such email.
How long we keep it
Order, invoice and tax records for at least five years, as Washington State requires. One-time verification codes are deleted within two days. Inquiries and alert subscriptions until you ask us to remove them.
Your choices
Email us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, subject to the records we are required to keep. Unsubscribe links take effect immediately. We do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals, because the site does not track you across other websites.
Changes
We post changes to this policy here with a new effective date. A change does not apply to an order placed before it.
