Free freight to the lower 48

Every priced unit bought through our checkout ships free to the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. We crate the instrument in-house to export grade, book LTL freight, and deliver to your curb or loading dock. A liftgate is included when you have no dock.

Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and international destinations are quoted separately. Ask for a quote from the listing page or by email.

Timing

Units normally leave our Tukwila, WA facility within 1 to 3 business days after your payment clears. Transit within the lower 48 typically takes 2 to 4 business days. Your order confirmation shows the estimated delivery window, and we email the carrier reference when the shipment is booked.

Delivery day

The carrier calls to book a delivery appointment. Delivery is to the curb or the dock; inside delivery, uncrating, rigging, installation and training are not included unless the listing or the invoice says so.

Please inspect the crate at delivery and note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing. That note preserves the freight claim behind our arrival guarantee.

How to pay

We accept bank wire transfer. After you place an order we confirm it and email your invoice with wire instructions within 1 business day. Payment is due within 5 business days of the invoice date, and the unit is reserved for you until then. We ship once the funds have cleared.

For your protection, wire instructions appear only on the invoice. Confirm them by phone before sending funds if anything looks different from what you expect. We never change bank details by email.

Sales tax

Washington sales tax applies to deliveries within Washington State. The checkout shows an estimate and the invoice carries the exact rate for your address. If you hold a reseller permit or an exemption certificate, upload it from your order confirmation and we credit the tax on the invoice. No sales tax is charged on deliveries to other states.

Returns

Our Return Policy covers a 5-business-day arrival guarantee and 30-day returns with a 20% restocking fee on non-defective returns. The Terms of Sale cover title, warranty and cancellation.
