Return Policy

Quoted terms take precedence

Most of our equipment is sold under a written quote, sales order, or invoice. Where that document states its own warranty, inspection, or return terms, those terms govern the transaction and take precedence over this policy.

Arrival guarantee (DOA)

Every instrument is tested before it ships. If your equipment arrives damaged, non-functional, or materially different from its description, notify us within 5 business days of delivery and we will make it right — repair, replacement, or a full refund including shipping, at your option where feasible.

Please keep all original crating and packaging, and note any visible damage on the freight carrier's delivery receipt at the time of delivery — this preserves the freight claim that funds the remedy.

Standard returns — 30 days

For purchases that simply don't work out, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first for a return authorization; unauthorized shipments cannot be accepted.

Returned equipment must be in the same condition as delivered, complete with all included accessories, cables, software, and documentation. The buyer is responsible for export-grade crating and return freight, including insurance for the full purchase price. Non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the equipment.

Final-sale items

Units sold “as-is” or “for parts,” and any item identified as final sale on its quote or invoice, are not returnable. The arrival guarantee above still applies to shipping damage on as-is units.

How to start a return

Email us with your order or invoice number, the instrument's serial number, and a short description of the issue (photos help). We respond within one business day with authorization and return instructions.
