The QTRAP 6500+ combines SCIEX's high-sensitivity IonDrive triple quadrupole performance with a linear ion trap, giving you both best-in-class MRM quantitation and qualitative QTRAP scan functions (EPI, MS3, enhanced resolution) in one instrument. It is widely used for targeted quantitation and screening in bioanalysis, clinical research, food and environmental testing, forensics/toxicology, and metabolomics/lipidomics.
